At Smile Perfect, we want you to feel confident and comfortable when choosing our aligners. Thatโs why weโve designed our policies to be transparent, fair, and customer-friendly.
Impression Kit
For hygiene reasons, impression kits cannot be returned or refunded.
However, if our dental team reviews your impressions and photos and determines that you are not a suitable candidate, you will receive a refund (minus the cost of the impression kit or scans).
Aligners
Once you approve your 3D treatment preview and aligner fabrication begins, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
In the rare case of ill-fitting aligners, we will remake them for you at no extra cost.
If at the end of your treatment you do not achieve the results shown in the approved 3D preview, weโll provide a one-time free refinement (valued at $300) to help you reach your projected smile. Our team is committed to supporting you every step of the way.
Refund Eligibility
A refund (minus impression kit/scan costs) is only available if, after reviewing your impressions, our licensed dentist determines that you are not a candidate for aligner therapy.
Please note: All other orders are non-refundable.
