Impression Kit: Due to the Hygiene reason there will be no returns or refunds for the impression kits
If our team of experts determine you aren’t a suitable candidate after analyzing your impressions and pictures provided by your self you will get a full refund after the deduction of any impression kits or scans cost
Aligners: Once the order has been placed, we do not accept returns. In case of ill-fitting, we will fabricate new aligners.
if at completion you don't get the results you were promised, we will give you free refinement worth $300 our team will be with you throughout the journey untill you get the projected smile
All orders are nonrefundable. We will only issue a full refund if upon receiving the impression if our Dentist believe you are not the right candidate for the aligner therapy you will get full refund deducted impression kit / scans cost.
